2. Data we collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide our service:

  • Booking data (cal.com): name, email address, phone number, and any business description you voluntarily provide when scheduling a meeting.
  • WhatsApp: your phone number and the content of messages you send us.
  • Email: your address and the content of emails we exchange.
  • Navigation data (Cloudflare): IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring page, automatically logged by our hosting infrastructure for security and performance purposes.

We do not use first-party tracking cookies or behavioral advertising.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • Service delivery: processing your request, scheduling meetings, and delivering your website (legal basis: contract performance).
  • Commercial communications: responding to enquiries and, with your consent, sending updates about new services (legal basis: consent).
  • Security and compliance: detecting unauthorized access and meeting legal obligations (legal basis: legitimate interest and legal obligation).

4. Retention

We retain your personal data while an active business relationship exists or until you request deletion. Billing records are kept for the period required by Chilean tax law (SII — 6 years). Cloudflare navigation logs are automatically purged according to their own retention policy.
